Bad habits are like a comfortable bed, easy to get into, but hard to get out of. Bad habits comes in so many ways. It may be through smoking, excessive drinking, lateness, overspending, interrupting someone, porn watching, procrastination, gossiping, etc. One may consider certain habits to be normal but in the eyes of others it may appear bad. Regular habits leads to addiction and to detach yourself from the chain of addiction takes time. It takes grace and self control to overcome a bad habit. Many people have discovered their weakness and have vowed to themselves to put a stop to their bad habit, but the next moment, they see themselves in the same act. There is a theory that, it takes an average of 66 days to break a bad. Self discipline is just enough to free yourself from BAD HABITS.
