Ghana Is Ready And Waiting To Accept Any Approved COVID-19 Vaccine - Dr Patrick Kuma Aboagye

The country is ready to accept any vaccine for COVID-19 patients once it is approved by health authorities, the Director-General of the Ghana Health Service, Dr. Patrick Aboagye has said.

According to him, the priority of all countries around the globe who have been affected by the pandemic is to get a cure or solution to the virus which has affected more than 1 million persons globally and killed over 54,000.

Addressing the media on Friday, April 3, 2020, on concerns that some French doctors are proposing the testing of some vaccines on the African continent, Dr. Aboagye noted that Ghana, like any other country, is ready and waiting for such an opportunity.
