Great ADONSCO Celebrated 63rd Independence Day Anniversary at Aburi - Akuapem, South


Independence Day is an official state holiday celebrated by the Ghanaians and the Ghanaians diaspora, which is celebrated on March 6 every year. Independence Day marks the declaration of independence from the United Kingdom by Prime Minister Kwame Nkrumah on 6th March 1957 Ghana became the first sub-Saharan African country to achieve independence from the United Kingdom. If Independence Day falls on a weekend, the following Monday will be observed as a holiday.

Today marked the 63rd independence day celebration anniversary of Ghana, and every individual, institution, and Ghanaian diaspora are celebrating Ghana.

Adonten Senior High School is one of the renowned schools in Eastern Ghana precisely Aburi in Akuapem south. ADONSCO is celebrating the 63rd independence day of Ama Ghana in a special way.

Ghana has indeed come a long way since 1957.
