One of the vibrant and the youngest chiefs in Adansi traditional area Nana Ofori Paaben, the second has delegated a six-member team to donate on his behalf to help fight against the coronavirus Pandemic.
The chief of Adansi Aboabo II Nana Ofori Paaben II “I am in Canada now, but that doesn’t stop me from reaching my people with a helping hand,” he said. “This is the time my people need me the most as chief over them; to give them words of affirmation to fight against the novel coronavirus pandemic. The team carries the message of orientation and donation,” He added.
The team from Cape Coast are Dora Eyeson, Phillys Amoah, Obed Kwame Sarfo, Derick Eshun, Prosper Owusu, Akwasi, and Nana Adu Gyemfi III. The delegate comprises of Nurses, Journalist, and other dignitaries.
The leader of the team, Sports journalist (Commander of Sports) and also a radio presenter, Kingdom FM, command the affairs of the journey.
The delegate orients the people on the precaution measures to take in the COVID-19 battle; all the basic techniques in hand washing, social distancing, and the spirit of adapting to stay at home.
After the orientation, the team presented gallons of hand sanitizers, Small sizes of hand sanitizers, Veronica buckets, tissue papers, liquid soap, and other items to the people on behalf of Nana Ofori Paaben II.
The people with joyful heart thank the team for the fact that in a situation like this where the country is partially lockdown, they were able to reach them with such support.
They also extended their appreciation to their Chief Nana Ofori Paaben II for the love he has for them as people.
